Order Processing and Transit Times:

  • Order Processing: Our commitment is to process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Standard Delivery ：After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days.
  • Expedited Delivery :  After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx,  to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at info@ownvv.com.

Multiple Addresses:

Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.

Undeliverable packages:

In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the package.
